ABOUT ME

I began my photographic journey thanks to an old manual Nikon that my father gifted me while in high school.

 

I immediately took this opportunity to roam the streets of Messina (Sicily) first and then Rome, learning the fundamentals of composition, light management, and the rest. Over the following 7 years I gradually abandoned the role of the active photographer and concentrated instead on supporting emerging artists by playing the role of the dark room technician, developing and printng black and white films. Some of such prints have been shown in exhibitions in Italy, France, and England. 

 

During my years in India, I have primarily focused on my professional career and other hobbies, such as Tango and Scuba Diving. However, in the last two years my interest in photography has resurfaced. This has evolved into a keen interest in street photography, primarily focused on people,

My preferred mode to shoot is with a Fujifilm XT3 with a  16mm prime lens.
